Itinerary
Tour Itinerary
Day 1. Moscow
Arrival in Moscow. Meet by a company representative. Transfer to the hotel. Guests arriving before check-in (15:00) can store their bags at the hotel concierge. Overnight in Moscow. (No meals incl.)
Day 2. Moscow
Breakfast at the hotel. Morning: meet the guide in the lobby of the hotel and depart to explore the city of Moscow. A half-day Moscow city tour, covering the historic centre of the city: Alexander Garden, the Kremlin (ticket included; closed Thursday), the Red Square, GUM department store, Moscow metro etc. Overnight in Moscow. (B)
Day 3. Train to St. Petersburg
Early morning transfer to the train station. Depart for St. Petersburg by a high-speed train leaving at about 7 AM (economy class seat). Upon arrival in St. Petersburg at about 11 AM, you will be met on the platform near your train and taken to the hotel. Guests arriving before check-in (15:00) can store their bags at the hotel concierge. A half-day city tour of the historic centre of St. Petersburg: Nevsky Prospect, St. Isaac Square, Palace Square, the Spit of St Basil Island and other famous landmarks. A visit to the Church on the Spilled Blood (ticket included; closed Wednesday). Overnight in St. Petersburg. (B – packed)
